This is a long overdue review, but it’s been about 2 years since I took my car to CSN Continental Auto Body after an accident and my car is still thriving after their auto body work and looks brand new! I love that this is a family owned business, they genuinely care about your car and take the time to ensure everything is done properly without rushing through anything. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their timelines provided are accurate! They work directly with your insurance to figure everything out and the process is smooth and painless, I just signed off on a couple of documents and they took everything from there. The service itself and their customer service is A+! I still recommend them to this day to anyone I know that needs auto body repairs.

I normally don't write reviews for businesses, but the staff at CSN Continental provided services that exceeded my expectation. The work on my vehicle was well done and on time, but what made this place so special were their attention to details, high standards, and friendliness. When the car rental company was late in picking me up, the manager/office administrator was quick to call them on my behalf to follow up. Not only do they have high expectations from their own staff, but also everybody involved in the process of serving their customers in repairing the vehicle. Through it all, they were approachable and friendly. This is a family-owned business that I'll immediately go to should my vehicle need work again!

I highly recommend CSN Collision in Strathmore! They have a state-of-the-art shop with all the new tools and equipment. The staff are highly skilled professionals who are pleasant and knowledgeable!

Amazing shop to deal with. The cleanest most orderly shop I've ever seen. They had my repair done in less time and for less money than the original quote was for and did and excellent job. I highly recommend checking them out.

Recently got my VW Jetta repaired for hail damage. First thing I noticed is how professional the people are. The time frame of the repair was on time, above all the work was flawless. Absolutely phenomenal body shop. Having tried many different shops in Calgary, I can without question say that Continental is my favourite. The stellar, family run team at Continental were entrusted with my Golf R following a case of vandalism. Reassuringly, the paint technique they used duplicates the VW factory process.
As promised, the repair was truly flawless on completion.

A very minor issue, only discovered a few months later, was handled without any hassle, quickly and efficiently by Carmine and Silvana.
Be prepared to be treated like a friend at this gem of an auto body shop in NE Calgary.

I have finally found an auto body shop I can trust (especially as a female). This is the first auto body shop that actually listened to what I wanted done with my car repairs and didn't attempt to "up sell" me like other auto body shops I received estimates from. They even called me in the middle of repairs to confirm exactly what I wanted done on my vehicle and detailed my car out of courtesy(for free). They could have definitely pushed me to get more work done on my vehicle (I didn't want extensive bodywork done as I will not get return value) for short term profit, but because they were honest, listened to my requests and responded to my many emails in an extremely timely manner they now have loyal customer. This is a family-owned auto body shop and they treat you like family the minute you walk through their door. I can't say enough good things, Thanks!

Just picked up my truck and it looks brand new!! Needed body work done on one side and the results are fantastic. Amazing, accommodating, and incredibly friendly staff. I highly recommend them for any kind of body work. Such a positive experience!

Carmine and his team did a fantastic job of replacing the rear door on our Kia Sorrento. The turn around was quick and they made the insurance claim process easy. They also detailed our Mazda and did a great job - looked new again! Thanks Continental!

Took me a few month to get the insurance to give me a pay out. It seems that if get a quote from the insurance recommended place they expect you to get the repair done at that place. The problem I have is that all the insurance recommended place are a large chain of auto repair. I always prepare to use small local business.

Good thing I got the payout because Continental Auto Body did the work for less than the big chain and did some extra work at no charge. I save some money and they did a great job. Highly recommended auto body shop.

Carmine and Silvana are awesome! Between the 2 of them and their employees they took good care of me and my car, right from the time they did the estimate to booking my car in and doing the repairs. Carmine is very knowledgeable when it comes to European cars! I would recommend them to anybody, they are worth the wait. I won't ever take my care to anyone else.

We came here to obtain an estimate at the request of the person who had damaged our car in an accident. After meeting Silvana and Carmine himself and receiving the estimate, which was extremely reasonable, we decided to leave our car here. The work was great, the people are professional, helpful and most importantly - they are really fair. I would come back here in a heartbeat and certainly will be recommending this shop in the future.

So impressed! I went there because a friend of mine recommended them and I am so happy I did, They looked at my car immediately (I arrived there a half hour after I called) to give me an estimate and prognosis and were able to fix it the next day at a time most convenient to me. Took them less time to fix it than they said and came in under estimate costs. Drove my car over 300 km out to our cabin last night and it worked perfectly - absolutely no difference from before the problem (we damaged the front bumper). Will only ever bring my cars to Continental from now on!!! Best customer experience I have ever had - particularly after the stressful experience of damaging your car.

Continental did an amazing job on the body work on my car after a minor accident this year. Their customer service was amazing - they were very responsive to my requests, particularly during the holiday season, when I know a lot of shops close or are too busy. I would highly recommend them to anyone, a great family owned business that takes real pride in their work.

Wonderful people, great job! I have been rear ended and my bumper needed replacement on my M5. I was worried about colour matching and fitting the new bumper. They did a fantastic job, not only that but free of charge they installed a plastic protective undercarriage piece that I had been putting off for a while and carried in my trunk! Wow! You guys are awesome! thanks again, I will definitely be back if I need any body work and I highly recommend this place. The car came out looking as new! thanks!

I was very fortunate when a friend recommended Continental European Auto Body. A friend who knows all about cars. This family run business is exceptional, the work done on my car was "First Class" as are the owners Carmine and Silvana, they are the salt of the earth people. They really care about you as a client not just the $$$$$. Their work shop is exceptionally clean not what one would expect for the kind of work they are doing. I would give them 10 stars but I can only give 5 full marks to this company keep up the good work and your very high standard of service. Thanks to both of you and your staff. August 2017

I highly recommend coming to this place for any work needed on your car. They were able to fix my car after the insurance had given this company as one of the options. Thwy were able to fix my car with no problems. I mentioned to the owner that my seat wasn't working and he actually was able to fix my seat with no cost. They are very accommodating, and will work around your needs.

Over the last 30 plus years I have dealt with several auto body shops in Calgary - none compare to the service and quality of workmanship done at Continental Auto Body. Their attention to detail is amazing, including a detailed vehicle on pick-up. Carmine & Silvana are both wonderful and a true pleasure to deal with. I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone. I would recommend Continental to any person in need of reliable auto body service for any car!

In a family with lots of vehicles, we've had a fair amount of things that needed to be fixed, and they have always been handled with care and professionalism to a tee. Never have had any problems. Carmine has established a shop full of mechanics who all take pride in craftsmanship the same way he does!

Aside from the actual auto body work, consider yourself in a better place by getting to know Carmine and Silvanna. Super genuine and caring people that you can count on!

Impressive. Short-listed Continental given their several consistent online reviews from various sources and a clean BBB rating with no complaints. Called ahead to book an appointment, spoke to Darryl, who said to just come by they could fit me in straight away and provided me with good directions helpful during rush-hour traffic. First impressions were solid and lasting. Front of shop is immaculate neat, tidy and organized, and comfortable with windows clear to the back of the shop where the work is done. Immediately greeted and our vehicle examined straight away. Although just light rear end damage, Darryl went the extra mile by bringing our vehicle into their shop, spray washed it to provide a cleaner view of the damage, then invited me back to view it with him as he performed the inspection. Darryl shared that he has worked in the industry for years, formerly as an in-house appraiser for an insurer, now semi-retired. His shared insights and demonstrated know-how were interesting, relevant & impressive. Although their shop appeared to be running busy, I was taken in by how clean and organized it appeared. While there, I was introduced to the owner who also confirmed my earlier favorable impressions; both Darryl and Carmine appeared unassuming & modest, but were right on point with their transparency and the care that they demonstrated. It became evident that the standards they have in place have served them and their customers quite well. What really made the difference for me was not only receiving an estimate that surpassed any of the others that I had collected due to its thoroughness (+ 16 high def digital pictures); but also the impression that these fella’s stand solidly behind the customer in representing necessary repairs to your vehicle to the insurer. Although not on the list of repair shops given to us by our insurer, I feel confident in their steadfast concern for the customer’s satisfaction, their honesty and transparent nature, and very evident willingness to actively safeguard their shop’s reputation. Left with a solid impression that Continental European Auto Body is a finalist among a select few of potentials in Calgary that we had shortlisted to deliver on our vehicle's repair.

Continental Auto Body is an excellent company for all of your auto body needs and has repaired our vehicle more than once resulting from a crash to scratches from being keyed!

Carmine and Silvana operate this business in an organized, effective and professional manner. Their experience, whether it be advising customers in the front office, or experience in the auto body shop, cannot be surpassed. From the cost estimate to the completion of repairs, their experience is evident at every step. We have never been disappointed with their service. Continental Auto Body treats each customer with great respect and keeps you up to date about the schedule of your repairs. All work is professional and exceptional. It is very nice for us to know an auto body shop where we do not have to question estimates and we know that our vehicle will be returned in an excellent state.
